A training package on shelfish aquaculture developed with the purpose to divert people from deep sea fishing, which is difficult to make economically viable, to shellfish aquaculture. Five training modules were completed on paper and were accompanied by three videos, one for each language version (EN, NL, FR). In addition to the paper based version, a CD ROM was produced as well as a website (www.shelfishtraining.com) which provides free access to the content of the modules.
