  •  Omega-3 fatty acids are generally lacking in our diet
    These fatty acids, which are essential to our body, can be found in fish and shellfish, tofu, flax, nuts and canola and soybean oils. Finfish from northern waters have the highest contents. Farmed Atlantic Salmon has a contents of 1.8 grams per 3 ounces portion. See Fish & Your Health
  •  Fish is brain food.
    Recent medical studies confirmed what American moms used to lecture. Fish—or more precisely, the Omega-3 fatty acids found in many fish—contribute to brain and nerve tissue development, especially in infants and children.
