Fish feeding is performed using industrial feeds based on high quality, nutrient-rich fishmeal and fish oil. In order to provide fish with all essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals, a precise knowledge of the fish’s biology and requirements is needed. Armed with this knowledge the farmer is able to deliver a product with similar qualities of taste, shape and colour to that of its wild counterpart.
